We recently had adjoining 6' privacy fences and a gate replaced on our property. After having Mark come take a look, we chose to go with steel posts and western cedar pickets and rails, with an extra picket on the back of each post to conceal the steel. A few days after their line locator marked out utilities, we had an install date. Javier and his crew showed up right at 8AM on the scheduled day and had the old fence cut down and new posts setting in concrete around noon. They were even able to accommodate a last-minute request and pull the dogleg section of the fence forward for our neighbors (we were lengthening our own side so there wasn't any change to the installed footage, just where the posts were going in, but it was awesome they were so flexible). Did end up hitting a sprinkler line we thought was somewhere else, but we purchased the optional sprinkler insurance guessing it would happen. Eloisa had a repair scheduled with our neighbors before the job was completed that day, and it was patched and running again two days later. The new fences look awesome, the gate swings open and closed easily and quietly, and we're betting on the steel posts outlasting the rest of it. I'll definitely recommend Integrity to anyone needing a new fence; the entire process from start to finish was the smoothest home project we've dealt with in years thanks to everyone there.
